Born in New Jersey, Eleasha began singing and dancing at the age of three. The sounds of Sinatra rang through her Italian home, influencing her as a child. Eleasha had a well-rounded education in the arts from Piano to Ballet, enabling her to further her career. At age 14, she recorded her first demo featuring a mixture of Christian Contemporary music. Eleasha and her family moved to South Florida where her life changed at age 15, when she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. Through her miraculous recovery she recorded a second demo at age 17. Her life was a testimony of victory allowing Eleasha the opportunity to travel throughout the East Coast performing her music and speaking to both adults and teens.
Eleasha’s songwriting and unique vocal ability reunited her with a long time friend in Orlando to be a member of a four-part harmony female vocal group. Eleasha’s outgoing personality, never ceasing work ethic, and polished talent made her a natural leader. With her star quality performances and heart felt song lyrics, she quickly made a name for herself in the Orlando music industry, not only as a singer but a writer. Performing at venues like Hard Rock Live and House of Blues helped Eleasha quickly develop a fan base. Although Eleasha was very happy in the group, her desire to be independent as both a vocalist and writer would soon take its toll.
At age 21, six years after Eleasha’s original diagnosis with Cancer, it returned to haunt her once again. This time Eleasha lost her kidney, and for the next three years she battled the cancer in her lungs. Yet through it all, Eleasha continued to write and sing her music, never giving up on her dream. Eleasha has overcome her cancer and some might even say the world. She attributes all this to the keeping power of her Lord and savior.
